Domestique Leadership was created from a desire to impact the cycling community in a way that will positively affect not only those we ride with, but also the communities that we ride in.

Domestique Leadership embraces the vision of leaders serving the rides they participate in by serving the needs of those we ride with, and the needs of the communities we ride in. By embracing this vision we all can serve the needs of one another as well as our local communities. We believe we will be able to create safer environments for cycling and diminish the conflicts that occur in the communities we travel.
